Board chair Franci Neely and the HCAF’s artistic director Richard Herskowitz introduced filmmakers Brenda Mitchell and Sam Douglas. After the “Honky Tonk Heaven” screening, Broken Spoke owners James and Annetta White participated in a lively Q&A session. Country artist Dale Watson closed out the opening night festivities.
